Dr. Todd Olsen

For the past twenty years, Dr. Todd Olsen has been working hard to provide high quality dentistry in Lethbridge and its surrounding area. He is very proud of the practice that he has created here in our community. Dr. Olsen graduated from the University of Alberta in 1993. Two years later, he and his family moved to Lethbridge where he set up his own dental practice. He has always stood by the fact that when it comes to health care, bigger is not always better. Dr. Olsen said, “I strive to provide patients with the best treatment for them. I have always felt that if I give my patients the best treatment for them personally, I will be able to make a living.” That means that we like to offer treatment with our eyes focused on our patients and not on our bottom line!

Dr. Brett Steed

Dr. Brett Steed grew up in Lethbridge and graduated from High School at LCI.  He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Lethbridge, and then attended Dental School at the University of British Columbia, earning his DMD.  Following this, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Alberta where he received extra training in many areas of general dentistry, including treatment of medically compromised patients, IV sedation and oral surgery.  He has been working as a general dentist in Lethbridge since completion of his training.  He enjoys working as a general dentist and attending continuing education courses to provide the best possible treatment for his patients.  Dr. Steed is married and has three children who keep him very busy!

Hygienists

In our office, our hygienists are responsible for many things regarding our patient’s oral health. Not only do they take care of patient’s regular cleaning appointments, they also take dental radiographs, asses gum tissue (including visual oral cancer screening), apply pit and fissure sealants, give brushing and flossing instruction, and provide nutrition counseling. Our team of hygienists are exceptional at what they do and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They are here to help and educate you regarding the health and preservation of your teeth.

Assistants

Dr. Todd Olsen and Dr. Brett Steed consider our dental assistants to be a vital key to our practice running smoothly. All of our assistants are passionate about their jobs and are proud of the quality of care and comfort they give to our patients. In addition to helping Dr. Olsen and Dr. Steed during procedures, our dental assistants are also trained to take dental radiographs, perform polishing and fluoride treatments following scaling, take impressions, and perform proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments, as well as a variety of other tasks during your dental visit. They are excited to work on patients of all ages and are excellent at meeting the needs of all those who come through our doors.

Administrative

When coming to our office, we want our patient’s visit to be as uncomplicated as possible. This is where our administrative team steps in. They are here to help you book your appointments and are happy to give you that friendly reminder call we all appreciate. They keep track of any appointments that need to be booked, including your regular checkup and cleaning. Our administrative team are experts in helping you deal with your insurance company and are equipped to do direct billing for most. They are the friendly voice that guides you over the phone and the smile that greets you at the door!
